Birth Certificate Apply Process (Online Method)
Aaj hum dekhne wale hain ki ek naye janm praman patra ke liye kaise apply karna hai.
Aapko latest tareeka bataya jayega jahan par aap online tareeke se apna birth certificate bana paoge aur aapka jo birth certificate hai online hi generate ho jayega. Aap ise download kar paoge.
Janm praman patra ka jo registration hai government ke rule ke according 21 din ke andar portal par ho jana chahiye.
Lekin agar delay ho gaya hai, 1 saal, 2 saal, even 10 saal, 15 saal, 20 saal bhi ho chuke hain tab bhi janm praman patra banaya ja sakta hai.
Lekin us case me additional fees aur additional document dene ki zarurat padti hai.
How To Login
Sabse pehle crsorgi.gov.in official portal par aana hai. Yahi portal hai jahan se aap direct apply kar sakte ho.
Government ne naya portal launch kiya hai jiske through citizen khud se birth certificate ke liye apply kar sakte hain.
Apply karne ke liye General public login option par click karna hai.
Agar first time ho to signup karna hoga. Direct login karne par login nahi hoga.
Signup & Profile Create Karna
Signup option par click karke profile create karni hai.
- Yahan par first name, middle name, last name fill karna hai.
- Gender select karna hai.
- Date of birth calendar se choose karna hai.
- Next page me address fill karna hai.
- India select karna hai, state, district choose karna hai, village ka naam aur pin code enter karna hai.
- Building ya apartment ka naam bhi fill karna hai.
- Iske baad Aadhaar number enter karna hai.
- Indian citizen select karna hai. Terms and conditions accept karke next par click karna hai.
- Mobile number enter karke OTP verify karna hai.
- Email ID bhi verify karni hai kyunki certificate email par send hota hai.
Is tarah profile create ho jata hai aur portal par login ho jata hai.
Login hone ke baad birth option par click karna hai. Yahan par report birth option select karna hai.
Apna state select karna hai. Language select karni hai.
Child Information Fill Karna
- Sabse pehle child ki date of birth enter karni hai.
- Confirm dob bhi enter karni hai. Time of birth bhi select karna hai. Gender select karna hai.
- Aadhaar ya enrollment ID optional hai, blank chhod sakte ho.
- Child named option me child ka naam fill karna hai.
- English me naam fill karne par Hindi me convert ho jata hai.
- Agar galat aaye to manually type kar sakte ho.
- Confirm child name bhi same fill karna hai.
Father & Mother Details
1. Father ka naam, mobile number, email ID, Aadhaar number fill karna hai.
2. Mother ka naam, mobile number, email ID, Aadhaar number fill karna hai.
3. Parent ka address fill karna hai jo birth ke time tha.
4. State, district, tehsil, village, pin code, house number sab fill karna hai.
5. Permanent address same ho to yes select kar sakte ho.
Place Of Birth
- Place of birth me hospital ya house select karna hai.
- Agar hospital registered nahi dikh raha to house select kar sakte ho.
- State, district, tehsil, village select karna hai.
- Registration unit select karna hai. Hospital ka naam select karna hai.
Additional Information
1. Mother ka residence, father ka religion, education, occupation fill karna hai.
2. Mother ka religion, education, occupation fill karna hai.
3. Mother ki age marriage ke time aur birth ke time enter karni hai.
4. Number of children enter karna hai.
5. Type of delivery aur method of delivery select karna hai.
6. Child ka weight birth ke time enter karna hai.

Documents Upload Karna
- Documents upload karne hain, Address proof dena hai.
- Voter ID, bank passbook, Aadhaar ya ration card de sakte ho.
- Delay hone par SDM order dena hota hai.
- Additional documents me discharge letter ya other documents upload kar sakte ho.
- Sab information fill karne ke baad summary page aata hai. Sab details check karni hai.
- Certificate option me both select karna hai.
- Declaration tick karke submit karna hai.
- Payment karna hai. 21 din ke andar free hai. Delay hone par fees lagti hai.
- Payment ke baad receipt generate ho jati hai.
Certificate Generate Aur Download
Form submit hone ke baad government review karti hai. Approval ke baad birth certificate generate ho jata hai.
